windfishers, game dev log pt. i

was feeling under the weather this weekend, so i did some prototyping of a game idea i've been mulling around for a while.

more or less it's a where's waldo type of game, with the premise being that fish in the sky are snatching up humans on earth. i have a lot of plans to continue with it, but i'm pretty happy with what i got done in a couple days. :)

the overall aesthetic i'm going for is... undecided. i'm torn between going the pixel art route or a more mspaint-style.
